Pacific Emporium at Pan Pacific Singapore reimagines the dining and retail experience through a seamless blend of refined elegance and artisanal authenticity. Conceived as a combined dining and deli concept, the space is famed for its curated selection of charcuterie, cheeses, pastries, bakery delights, butchery products, and gourmet offerings. The design draws upon the ethos of craftsmanship, mirroring the artistry behind the produce with an interior that balances sophistication and drama.
The spatial language is anchored by striking octagonal columns clad in raw timber veneer, standing as sculptural forms within the open-plan setting. Their crowns are dramatically lit, establishing both rhythm and grandeur. Natural materials, such as richly veined Calacatta Viola marble, ground the interior, complemented by shimmering gold accents and the tactile depth of hand-tufted carpets, evoking a Wes Anderson aesthetic.

Lighting plays a central role in creating ambiance. Bespoke lanterns punctuate the space with a soft glow, while floating pavilions—delicately illuminated like lanterns adrift on water—offer intimate private dining sanctuaries. This interplay of light, texture, and materiality crafts an environment that feels both contemporary and timeless, inviting guests to indulge in culinary experiences within a space that resonates with warmth, artistry, and cultural elegance.
